Description

  • Manage the supply chain function from end to end: Forecasting, Supply and Demand Planing, Inventory Management, Warehousing, etc.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee a team of 4-6 direct reports.
  • Manage supplier relationships and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the forecasting and planning processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to meet demand.
  • Analyse supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster professional growth.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in supply chain management within the Food Manufacturing/FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in supplier negotiation and relationship management.
