EMEA HR Operations Lead – Scale & Compliance (9-Month Contract)

Hudl is hiring an HR Operations Lead on a nine-month fixed-term contract to provide advisory and operational support for day-to-day HR operations across EMEA. You can work from Spain or the U.K., with hybrid options at Barcelona or London offices.

You’ll partner with Payroll, Legal and People to build scalable processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risk across European countries. Role includes onboarding, terminations, and relocations, plus SOP development and team mentorship.
