Locum Childcare Lawyer

Overview

Venn Group are working with a local authority in the North West in search for a Locum Childcare Lawyer.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a personal caseload in respect of all areas of childcare law, including complex work relating to the provision of legal advice, drafting of documentation, and advocacy.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3-month rolling contract

Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week), part-time considered

Travel: Weekly court attendance is highly favourable

Rate: £55-60 per hour, umbrella

Qualifications

• Candidates must be admitted as a Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx in England and Wales and have experience handling a caseload of childcare law matters.
