About Your Role
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll spearhead the management and cultivation of relationships with top salon customer accounts across the vibrant territory of Bristol and surrounding areas!
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Build strong client relationships, adding value to salons.
- Assist in implementing marketing activities for sales growth.
- Coordinate brand events during launches and retail periods.
- Ensure premium brand presentation and product promotion in salons.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and meeting targets.
What Do I Need?
- A full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
- Demonstrable experience in account management within a face-to-face setting.
- Residency in or within close proximity to Bristol.
Whator In It For Me?
- Salary: Up to £33,000 (Depending on level of experience)
- Bonus: Monthly bonus scheme (OTE – up to £50,000)
