Bridgend (Hybrid) – 5 days onsite whilst training.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join an IT Solutions company based in Bridgend, working on a hybrid basis (once training is completed). This is a pure new business role, focused on identifying opportunities, winning new clients, and driving revenue growth.
You’ll be responsible for bringing in new business and building a strong pipeline, before handing accounts over to the Account Management team for ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach and networking
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing
- Build relationships with prospective B2B clients and key decision makers
- Identify client needs and present tailored IT solutions
- Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure smooth client handover
✅What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales / business development
- Ideally experience in the technology or IT services space (not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident, proactive and commercially driven approach
- Creative in generating new opportunities and developing leads
