The practice advises both lenders and borrowers across areas such as acquisition finance, project and real estate finance, venture debt, restructuring, and financial regulation, with a strong international focus.
The firm has a diverse client base across key growth sectors including technology, renewables, and sport, offering exposure to cutting-edge industries and innovative financing structures.
We’re seeking atechnically strong and commercially astute finance lawyerwith solid experience gained at a leading UK or international firm. You’ll have the confidence to manage complex matters, deliver practical advice, and play an active role in client relationships and business development.
