Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team on‑site at our Brighton office. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, and presenting tailored payment solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, creating strategies to meet sales objectives, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align client goals with Payment Pros’ offerings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Market research and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with teams
  • Experience in the payment processing, financial services, or related industries is a plus
