Business Development Manager

Location: Thetford, Norfolk

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of profitable new business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell contracted services across a range of commercial sectors within the designated territory.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and present strategic sales plans, reports, and forecasts.
  • Work closely with Regional Commercial and Depot Managers to align on campaigns and localised strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients—establishing trust and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Lead pricing discussions and design bespoke service packages to meet individual client requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrable success in new business sales, preferably within contracted services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding skills in prospecting, relationship‑building, and negotiation.
  • Highly self‑motivated, results‑driven, and confident working independently.
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence.

What’s on Offer

  • Car or Car Allowance: £400/month
