The Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record in IT recruitment across the UK or Europe
• Possess the necessary gravitas for such a position
• Experience in growing and developing a team would be ideal
• Successful in representing a brand across C-Level
• Previous track record of growing a sustainable profitable business area essential
• Previous experience in being a mentor
• Possess the drive and enthusiasm to motivate your team
