Conversion Growth Lead

The Portfolio Group in Greater Manchester is seeking a CRO Specialist to own the conversion optimisation roadmap, running an always-on testing programme across landing pages, user journeys, forms and CTAs. You will work with SEO, Paid Media, UX and Web Development to drive revenue growth through data-informed experiments.

You will analyse journeys, identify friction points and optimise experiences for desktop and mobile, reporting insights to senior stakeholders.
