We’re working with a fast-scaling, high-growth business transforming how large organisations manage energy, buildings, and operational efficiency. With proven success and significant market demand, they’re now looking for a commercially driven sales professional to help accelerate their next phase of growth.

If you’ve sold into conversations around kilowatt hours, energy usage, building controls, or HVAC performance, this is a role where your experience will truly stand out.

The Opportunity

This is a true end-to-end sales role where you’ll own the full cycle — from initial outreach through to large-scale national rollouts.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including the Commercial Director, to win and grow high-value enterprise accounts across the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the full sales cycle: from cold outreach → pilot → £500k+ national rollouts
  • Developing and executing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Engaging senior stakeholders (FM, Energy Managers, CFOs, Operations leaders)
  • Building a strong pipeline through high-quality outbound activity (70–80%) — thoughtful, personalised, and strategic
  • Converting opportunities into paid pilots, then scaling across multi-site estates
  • Creating ROI-driven business cases with support from technical and engineering teams
  • Managing a UK-wide client base (primarily remote, with some travel)

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with sales professionals who thrive in complex, consultative environments and are comfortable selling value — not just products.

  • Strong B2B sales track record (ideally involving £100k+ deals)
  • Experience in outbound-led roles and pipeline generation
  • Ability to manage longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Commercially sharp — confident building ROI-led propositions

Highly desirable background:

  • Experience selling Building Management Systems (BMS), smart building controls, or automation solutions
  • Background in the energy sector, including energy procurement, monitoring, or optimisation
  • Experience selling HVAC systems or related technical solutions
  • Any role involving customer discussions around energy consumption, efficiency, or kilowatt hours
  • Exposure to enterprise or multi-site clients (retail, logistics, estates, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ABM and highly targeted outbound strategies
