We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record in sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align strategies
- Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
