Job Description
The Atradius Group provides trade credit insurance, surety and collections services worldwide, with presence through 160 offices in 52 countries. Our products protect companies around the world against default risks associated with selling goods and services on credit.
Responsibilities
- Develop business relationships with prospects and intermediaries, seeking new ways to drive profitable growth.
- Monitor the performance of your network and apply appropriate strategies to maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.
- Respond within agreed service levels authoritatively to all enquiries, adopting a ‘right first time’ philosophy.
- Raise awareness of the company in the marketplace and secure new clients.
- Seek out new prospects, assess client needs and select suitable or potential clients.
- Negotiate business with all interested parties to secure a competitive offering.
- Strong understanding of policy structures and excellent appreciation of negotiating and closing a sale.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Confident, ambitious, independent self-starter with a desire to succeed in a competitive market.
- A team-player, able to work alongside other team members to progress/enhance our offering but able to be managed remotely.
- Experience gained in the Insurance, Credit, Financial Services industry or selling a similar product would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to source new business and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and produce relevant reports.
- Ambition and attitude to succeed.
- Business courses or financial/business relevant degree desirable.
- Full driving licence essential.
