The Role

• Identifying and engaging specialist talent within the Life Sciences market
• Building relationships with innovative biotech and pharmaceutical companies
• Managing the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage
• Developing your own client base and market specialism
• Working towards clear targets with uncapped commission
