Business Development Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for one of our clients in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, UK who specializes in Surface Thermal Coating & Precision Machining. Candidate will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across key industries
• Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored technical solutions
• Promote machining, cladding, and coating technologies
• Negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Technical sales experience (machining or surface treatment preferred)
• Knowledge of machining, thermal spray, and/or laser cladding
• Industry exposure: oil & gas, IGT, aerospace, nuclear, or defense
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
