  • Propose and iterate: Develop and present clear, concise and compelling proposals either independently or with a team of SMEs and bid managers which reflect the clients’ needs based on gathered intelligence.
  • Bid and win: Work with a team of bid managers and SMEs to provide timely, technically and financially sound bid submissions in response to RFQ/RFPs; proactively engage the client to close the sale after submission.
  • Own your numbers: Be accountable for sales performance and forecasting through the accuracy and quality of the opportunity and account data input into Salesforce as the single source of truth to ensure confidence in performance reporting and sales forecasts.
  • Learn and share: Develop a thorough understanding of LR’s solution portfolio to upsell and cross-sell to customers while actively participating in external marketing events, conferences, and workshops to develop sales networks and promote LR.

What you bring

  • Proven professional services sales experience hunting new business, generating and following up on leads within the offshore energy sector.
  • Experience supplying services into the offshore energy sectors (O&G/Renewables) globally including operators, EPCIs and OEMs. Well-established contact network within the offshore energy sectors including operators, EPCIs and OEMs.
