Overview

Finatal are partnering with a leading UK private equity firm to find a CFO for a newly acquired Birmingham-based lower mid-market business services asset.

The company is running at c.£15m revenue, with a healthy EBITDA and ambitious plans for growth. Alongside structured organic growth plans, following the recent PE investment, multiple M&A targets have been identified to drive inorganic expansion in both UK and European markets.

Responsibilities

The role will be operationally hands-on, but you must be at a level to effectively input on strategy at board level.

Qualifications

• You will need a background as either a no.1 CFO / Finance Director or an experienced no.2 in finance. The role will be operationally hands-on, but you must be at a level to effectively input on strategy at board level.
• Experience with asset-based businesses would be helpful, but is not essential, as is some experience with acquisitions.
• A background in businesses services is key.
