An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Change Management Manager to build and lead an ITIL Change function from scratch within a fast-paced greenfield environment.
This role requires a hands on Change professional who can operate at pace, lead CAB and implement effective governance, risk and control frameworks while working closely with service leads, platform owners, and engineering teams. We are looking for someone with strong, practical ITIL Change experience who knows how to make change work in real world.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience building an ITIL Change function from scratch
- Strong track record operating in a greenfield, fast-moving environment
- Experience leading CAB and driving robust change governance
- Ability to shape risk, controls, and process frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management across service, platform, and engineering teams
- Practical and modern ITIL Change expertise
- SC cleared currently
Experience Required
- Extensive experience working in IT service delivery, IT operations or service management
- Strong experience in ITIL-based change management
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, services, and operational environments
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, reporting, and continual improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications
- ITIL v3/v4 certification
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred
