Lead Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) – Endoscopy

We are looking for a Lead Nurse / ODP to join our growing Endoscopy service. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping an outstanding patient experience while leading and developing a talented multidisciplinary team.

Job details
Shifts: 8am‑6pm, 4 days per week (37.5 hours)
Location: Patchway, BS34 5TL
Contract: Full‑time, permanent

About You
- NMC registration as a Nurse or HCPC registration as an ODP
- Strong leadership experience within an Endoscopy setting (Band 7 level or equivalent)
- A passion for high‑quality, patient‑focused care
- Confidence communicating at all levels
- Calmness, resilience, and clarity in challenging situations
- A commitment to continuous learning and development for yourself and others
