KeyResponsibilities
Operational&AdministrativeManagement
- Overseeallcoreadministrativeactivities,ensuringhighstandardsofaccuracy,timeliness,andprofessionalism.
- Maintainandimproveinternalprocesses,templates,andworkflowsacrossthebusiness.
- Managecompanydocumentation,records,andinternalsystems(e.g.,Microsoft365,SharePoint,CRMtools).
- Supportfinancialadministrationincludinginvoicing,employeetimesheets,expenses,suppliermanagement,andbasicreporting.
ProcessImprovement&Governance
- Developandimplementimprovedprocedures,ensuringconsistencyandscalabilityasthebusinessgrows.
- Monitoradherencetointernalstandardsandrecommendcorrectiveactionswhereneeded.
- SupportDirectorsinshapingoperationalpolicyandbusinessgovernanceframeworks.
Recruitment&PeopleSupport
- Manageend-to-endrecruitmentadministration,includingjobpostings,candidatescreening,interviewcoordination,andonboarding.
- Maintainrecruitmentpipelinesandensureapositivecandidateexperience.
- Coordinateinductionprocessesandmaintainstaffrecordsandtraininglogs.
ExecutiveSupport
- ProvidestructuredsupporttothethreeDirectors,includingscheduling,meetingpreparation,andfollow-upactions.
