We are seeking a Supply side profile to drive publisher strategy and ecosystem development across the UK. As a Publisher Development Manager, you will help expand publisher and platform partnerships, accelerate adoption of core connectivity solutions, and unlock new revenue opportunities through data collaboration. This role is part of an international team and will play a key part in building and scaling market presence in one of the most strategically important regions globally.
What You’ll Do
- Expand a connectivity ecosystem across the UK by building and managing strategic relationships with publishers and platforms.
- Drive widespread adoption of an authenticated traffic solution across leading publishers to support long-term ecosystem growth.
- Identify, structure, and close revenue-generating opportunities across data collaboration use cases, including insights, activation, and measurement.
- Own and deliver against a revenue bookings target, consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, and client briefings across the UK and Nordics.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in adtech, digital media, or related commercial roles.
- Strong network and established relationships with senior stakeholders across publishers, broadcasters, media groups, and platforms.
- Proven success driving adoption of technology solutions and consistently delivering against revenue targets.
- Solid understanding of identity, data collaboration, and measurement trends
- Commercially driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop new markets and solutions.
- Comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments with limited in-person support.
