We’re working with a well-established client in UK who is looking for an experienced Microsoft SQL Server DBA with strong infrastructure expertise to join their team on a full-time, remote basis.
This is more than a DBA role. - Administer, optimise, and future-proof Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) environments
- Own backup, recovery, HA/DR, and performance tuning strategies
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams across Windows Server & on-prem environments
- Lead patching, upgrades, monitoring, and incident resolution
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of SQL platforms powering the business
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a SQL Server DBA
- Strong infrastructure background (Azure and Hyper-V exp is a Must)
- Hands-on experience with HA/DR, clustering, failover, replication
- Confidence in BAU and operational support environments
- Azure exposure is essential.
