I’m supporting a growing water & utilities business delivering operational excellence across 1,000+ clean and wastewater sites nationwide.

We’re looking for a hands‑on O&M leader with strong water industry experience to take ownership of regional operations — leading field-based teams, driving performance, ensuring compliance, and embedding a strong H&S culture.

What I’m looking for

• Has managed multi‑site clean & wastewater operations
• Leads from the front (“shop floor” leadership style)
• Owns H&S, compliance, and operational delivery
• Is commercially aware with budget responsibility
• Thrives in a reactive, fast‑paced environment
