Category Development Manager

• Fast-paced and passionate non-food FMCG business with a global presence and growing at pace in the UK, now with £70m RSV and stocked in Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Waitrose, Boots, Amazon and more.
• Holds Category Captaincy with key UK grocery customers and has ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years.
• Now recruiting for a newly created Category Development Manager role to drive continued growth of their great brands within the Grocery channel.

The Role:

• This business already has a great relationship with it’s customers and are growing their category at pace. As Category Development Manager, you will lead retailer-specific category strategies, driving market performance, profitable growth, and strong retailer partnerships.
• You will translate shopper, market, and category insights into actionable recommendations across range, space, price, and promotions.
• Working closely with internal commercial teams and retailers, you will ensure that strategic initiatives are executed effectively both on-shelf and online, supporting overall brand and category growth.

Ideal Category Development Manager Candidate:

• You will have FMCG Category & Insights experience within a food & drink supplier or potentially agency. You could be a Category Development Manager looking for a change.
• Highly numerate and analytical, able to draw insights and conclusions from data
• You will work with autonomy and be able to build strong relationships with customers.
• Salary up to £60k

• Hybrid-working with multiple offices in Central & Greater London
