Senior Creative Strategist, London, Hybrid, c. £55K

This is a role for someone who understands that creative drives performance — and knows how to prove it.

You’ll sit at the intersection of culture, data and storytelling. Turning audience insight into clear, opinionated creative strategies that actually cut through.

What you’ll own

  • Creative strategy across multiple client accounts
  • Campaign concepts, territories and messaging frameworks
  • Briefs that actually inspire — not confuse
  • Platform-first thinking (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
  • Audience insight and cultural intelligence
  • Creative testing frameworks and hypotheses
  • Close collaboration with creative, growth and media teams

What you bring

  • 3–5 years in creative / brand / content strategy
  • Strong portfolio showing thinking behind the work
  • Deep understanding of culture + platform behaviour
  • Ability to turn insight into clear, actionable strategy
  • Confident presenting and defending ideas to clients
  • Comfortable using data to shape creative decisions

Nice to have

  • Experience in performance / paid media creative
  • UGC / creator-led strategy
  • Interest in how AI is changing creative production
