Overview
We are partnering with a nurturing, values‑driven primary school in Lytham to recruit an aspiring educator for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship. Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons in an EYFS / KS1 setting.
- Lead 1‑on‑1 or small group interventions to boost learning.
- Help prepare classroom materials and vibrant displays.
- Support the social and emotional growth of children.
- Maintain open communication with parents and complete college coursework on time.
Entry Requirements
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (Required).
- A genuine desire to work with children and support their development.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and ready to collaborate within a close‑knit team.
- Ability to commit to the full 18‑month apprenticeship duration.
