An opportunity for a Senior New Build Conveyancer to join a Top 100 UK law firm ranked within the top 7% of employers in the UK. The firm offers exceptional flexibility with mostly remote working, a highly supportive culture, and genuine long-term career progression opportunities.nnYou will manage your own caseload of new build residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, working as part of a highly regarded and well-resourced property team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:nnManaging a full caseload of new build purchase transactions.nLiaising with clients, developers, lenders, and third parties.nReviewing contracts, title documents, and supporting legal documentation.nHandling exchanges and completions in line with developer deadlines.nMaintaining accurate records on the case management system.nProviding an exceptional level of client service throughout the transaction.nSupporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.nnThe ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience handling their own residential conveyancing caseload, with strong exposure to new build transactions.
