The Role

• Support patients with medication reviews and optimisation
• Work closely with primary care teams
• Help improve healthcare outcomes across different therapeutic areas
• Contribute to innovative clinical improvement projects

What We’re Looking For

• Be registered with the GPhC
• Hold a valid driving licence (maximum 6 points)
• Have access to a car
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
