Identity & Security Technical Consultant A fantastic opportunity for a Technical Consultant to join a highly innovative software company delivering complex enterprise security solutions to a broad range of organisations. This role sits within a professional services team focused on post-sales delivery, working closely with customers to implement, configure and optimise sophisticated identity and security platforms. You will play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions within secure and highly regulated environments, working across both technical and business-facing aspects of projects. Leicestershire – hybrid working (minimum 2 days on-site, with occasional travel to customer sites). Requirements for Technical Consultant:
Strong commercial experience working in a Technical Consultant, Security Consultant, or similar client-facing role within enterprise software environments Experience working with technologies such as Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL, and networking concepts Degree educated in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a closely related subject PKI, certificate services, cryptography, multi-factor authentication, smart cards, security tokens Eligible and willing to undergo security clearance vetting Responsibilities for Technical Consultant:
Deliver end-to-end technical consulting services across customer projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and go-live support Install, configure, and optimise enterprise software solutions within customer environments Collaborate with internal teams including project managers, product teams, and engineers to deliver successful outcomes Provide technical expertise and act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the project lifecycle Support testing, commissioning, and deployment activities across multiple concurrent projects Assist with upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing improvements to existing customer deployments Contribute to solution design discussions and help shape best practice approaches across the wider team Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact security solutions within a specialist technical environment Exposure to a wide range of enterprise technologies and challenging customer projects If you would like to apply for this unique Technical Consultant role then please send your CV via the relevant links!
