Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a relevant qualification such as NCFE, CACHE Level 2/3, or Health & Social Care
- Has previous experience supporting pupils with SEND, ideally within PMLD or specialist settings
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience within challenging situations
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Is adaptable, proactive, and committed to supporting children with complex needs
