Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a relevant qualification such as NCFE, CACHE Level 2/3, or Health & Social Care
  • Has previous experience supporting pupils with SEND, ideally within PMLD or specialist settings
  • Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience within challenging situations
  • Has strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Is adaptable, proactive, and committed to supporting children with complex needs
