Job Summary

A fast‑growing hospitality group in London is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across multiple high‑volume venues, strengthen the brand, and support expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑site operations within the growing restaurant group, driving sales and operational performance.
• Refine and embed SOPs to support expansion and ensure consistency across all sites.
• Develop teams, deliver training, and build a culture of accountability and performance.
• Oversee high‑volume, late‑night and event‑led venues while working closely with senior leadership on strategic growth.
• Support training and development across teams, ensuring strong commercial performance across food, drink and events.
• Ensure consistency and quality of guest experiences across all sites.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a leading food‑led hospitality business, strong UK brands and fresh‑food table service.
• Strong commercial mindset, detail‑focused and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience in high‑volume, late‑night hospitality operations is essential.
• Current operational level at OMD or OD with a proven track record of driving growth within a premium restaurant brand.
• Experience managing high‑energy or experiential venues with turnover of GBP 3m+.
• Hands‑on, commercially sharp, able to lead from the front and commit long term to an expanding business.
