Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive relationships with a portfolio of world-class private equity clients.
• Manage the delivery of technically complex tax consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and a business-focused approach.
• Lead and manage the successful execution of tax transactions and deals-related advisory work.
• Take significant involvement in team management, including both operational strategy and staff development.
• Develop junior talent through active supervising, coaching, and mentoring.
• Build and leverage internal and external networks to identify and drive new business opportunities

You will:

• Be CTA, ACA, CA, or ATT qualified (or hold an equivalent legal qualification).
• Demonstrate deep technical experience in tax transactions and fund structuring.
• Have a proven track record of managing project budgets and meeting strict deadlines.
• Show success in winning new business or a proactive willingness to contribute to growth.
• Have experience managing a team and fostering a collaborative environment.
