Senior Account Manager (Paid Social) || Hybrid || Manchester || Up to £40,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of Paid Social accounts, driving growth and performance.
  • Develop creative briefs and collaborate with designers on creative strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and long-term success.
  • Lead client onboarding, research, and account development initiatives.
  • Deliver regular client communication and strategic performance updates.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Paid Social campaigns.
  • At least 1 year of experience within e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of creative strategy and creative performance optimisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills within a fast-paced agency environment.
