With over 34 years of success in the trade sector and exciting expansion plans underway, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Area Sales Manager to help grow our presence across the Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building relationships, and delivering results.
The Role
As Area Sales Manager, your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities across the Midlands region. You will identify, approach, and secure new trade customers while promoting the Heritage Trade Frames product range and service offering.
- Developing and executing a sales strategy for your territory.
- Identifying and winning new trade accounts.
- Building strong relationships with installers, builders, trade counters, and construction businesses.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to account onboarding.
- Presenting Heritage Trade Frames’ products and services to prospective customers.
- Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets.
- Monitoring market activity and competitor developments.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A motivated self-starter with a proven track record in field sales.
- Experienced in generating new business and opening new accounts.
- Ideally from the window, door, glazing, building products, or construction supply sector.
- Commercially aware with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Organised, driven, and target-focused.
- Comfortable managing a large geographical territory.
- Full UK driving licence holder.
