What You’ll Do
- Support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively.
- Maintain an impeccable store presentation with well-stocked and tidy shelves.
- Assist with stock management and oversee deliveries.
- Act as a keyholder and take responsibility for the store in the absence of management (including store openings and closes).

Qualifications & Experience
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner with a passion for leadership.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-moving workplace.
- Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality, with bonus points for key-holder experience.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and take ownership when stepping into a supervisory role.
