Primary Objective of the Role
The Central Operations Programs Manager is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering strategic operational programs and projects that improve franchise performance, operational consistency, and scalability across the Laser Clinics UK network.
Sitting at the centre of the business, this role ensures operational strategies are translated into clear programs, systems and processes that can be executed effectively across the network. Based in the Support Office, the role focuses on program governance, systems improvement and cross-functional delivery, with occasional travel to clinics to support implementation and alignment.
This role acts as a central integrator across Operations, Learning & Capability, Finance, Commercial, and Franchise partners to ensure priority initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of operational programs — from planning and design through rollout, communication, and performance review — ensuring that initiatives are practical, scalable, and embedded successfully into the business.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage UK-wide operational programs and projects aligned to Laser Clinics UK strategic priorities.
- Develop and maintain 12-month rolling program plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
- Review and improve existing operational systems, processes, and frameworks to support consistency and scalability.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and lead the design of new tools, frameworks, or operating rhythms where required.
- Support franchise partners by ensuring operational initiatives are clearly defined, well communicated, and realistically executable.
- Support operational readiness for network initiatives without reliance on frequent field visits.
- Own Central Operations communications for key initiatives and programs.
- Develop and execute structured communication plans to support implementation and adoption.
- Work closely with Learning & Capability to align communications with training and enablement materials.
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in operations, program management, and project delivery within multi-site, franchise, retail, hospitality, or healthcare environments.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional operational programs, driving consistency, scalability, and performance across locations.
