Our client is a high-growth consumer fintech app entering a pivotal scaling phase, following strong product-market fit and significant recent traction. With a mission to help homeowners pay off their mortgages faster and save thousands in interest, the business is redefining how consumers manage long-term debt through automation, cashback and smarter financial tools.

The brand has raised over £10M from leading investors, alongside securing investment from 3 Dragons on Dragon’s Den. Revenue has grown ~20x over the past year and the app reached #1 in the UK App Store for finance following national exposure. Following rapid growth, the company is now investing in new acquisition channels to accelerate user growth and build a more scalable, performance-driven marketing engine.

The Opportunity

  • Step into a high-impact role at a key stage of the company’s growth journey
  • Own and scale a core acquisition channel across influencer, affiliate and social
  • Turn early traction into a structured, repeatable and performance-driven growth engine
  • Work directly with senior leadership in a lean, fast-moving environment
  • Blend partnerships, content, creativity and performance marketing in one role

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the influencer and affiliate programme as a key growth channel
  • Source, negotiate and manage creator partnerships end-to-end
  • Launch and optimise campaigns with a clear focus on performance and efficiency
  • Drive social and content strategy across TikTok and Instagram
  • Define and track key KPIs including CPA, growth and channel contribution
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to improve tracking and performance
  • Leverage AI, automation and tools to improve scalability and output
  • Support wider marketing initiatives across social, content and growth where needed

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in influencer, affiliate, social or growth marketing roles
  • Background in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong hands-on experience working with creators and partnerships
  • Comfortable building and scaling channels from early traction
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of performance metrics
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in consumer apps, fintech or performance-led marketing
