Are you a natural people‑person with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets? We’re recruiting on behalf of a thriving, fast‑growing business in Ashington, West Sussex, and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join their vibrant, high‑performing team.
You’ll be part of a large team of like‑minded, motivated individuals who share your enthusiasm for growth, success, and exceptional customer service. This is an office‑based position, own transport required due to location.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing long‑lasting existing client relationships
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and supporting their development
- Proactively generating new business and re‑engaging dormant accounts
- Achieving (and smashing!) sales targets
- Keeping the CRM fully up to date
- Providing top‑tier service that aligns with company SLAs
- Creating accurate sales forecasts and updating senior leadership
- Working closely with internal and external teams
- Ensuring all activity meets company, ISO and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience and a strong record of hitting targets
- A confident, positive, and determined approach
- Great communication – both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships
- A love of learning and personal development
- Good understanding of basic sales/costing principles
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office & CRM systems)
- Excellent timekeeping
Essential
- Proven sales skills
- Full UK driving licence
