GOTO Group is seeking experienced Residential Surveyors to join their expanding team in Birmingham and Luton. This role requires confident and commercially minded surveyors who can deliver high-quality work immediately. Responsibilities include undertaking L2 & L3 residential surveys, managing an active project pipeline, and ensuring excellent client service. Candidates should ideally have 1–2+ years PQE and strong residential surveying experience, with a VRS qualification beneficial but not essential.
