Head of Network Control – 24/7 Critical Infrastructure

Severn Trent is looking for a Head of Network Control to lead a 770-strong team operating 24/7 across water and wastewater networks from our Coventry head office. The role focuses on real-time operation, incident management, network resilience and driving major operational changes, with close collaboration with executive leadership and SMT.

Willingness to attend the office and support incidents 24/7 as required is essential, and relocation support is available if needed.
