PICU Staff Nurse: Care Leader & Shift Co-ordinator

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a post holder to assist in delivering care to patients in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess care needs and develop treatment programs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a therapeutic environment, conducting assessments, and acting as a shift coordinator, ensuring high standards of care. Training will be provided to assist with patient assessments.
