The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of Property Litigation matters, including agricultural, land, and real estate disputes
• Advising clients on landlord & tenant, development, and estate-related disputes
• Handling matters from instruction through to resolution, including litigation and ADR
• Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation across Property Litigation cases
• Providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice to clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Attending client meetings, negotiations, and court hearings, with advocacy opportunities
• Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the Stoke-on-Trent office

The Candidate

• A Property Litigation Solicitor operating at Associate or Senior Associate level (or approaching that level), ideally based near Stoke-on-Trent
• Strong technical expertise across Property Litigation matters, ideally including agricultural or land-based disputes
• Ability to manage Property Litigation matters with increasing autonomy, whilst working collaboratively within a wider team
• Commercially aware, with an interest in client development and business growth
• Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm
• Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress and play a key role in a growing Property Litigation practice
