Empowering Support Worker — Help People Thrive (32h)

Cartrefi-Cymru in Morfa Bychan is looking for a Female Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live fulfilling lives. This permanent role requires 32 hours per week, with a pay of £13.59 per hour plus travel expenses of 45p per mile.

Your responsibilities will include offering personal care, supporting daily tasks, and empowering individuals to pursue their own goals. Full training will be provided, and candidates should ideally be fluent in Welsh to communicate effectively with service users.
