This is a newly created, high‑profile position reporting directly to the COO, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth and commercial success of the business.

Responsibilities & Scope:

• Executive‑level appointment with significant influence across the organisation
• Lead and develop 4 Regional Directors
• Drive performance across sales, marketing, proposition, corporate functions, and training & competence
• Shape and execute commercial strategy in a scaling, acquisitive environment
• Blend of strategic leadership and hands‑on operational delivery
• Comprehensive benefits package alongside bonus and long‑term incentives
