We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Spa Manager to oversee the operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional service, high standards, and a relaxing experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the spa including treatment rooms, reception, and retail areas
• Recruit, train, and lead spa therapists and support staff to deliver outstanding service
• Develop and implement spa service menus, promotions, and pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the spa
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of spa products and supplies
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with marketing for spa promotions and guest engagement activities
• Manage budgets, control costs, and analyse financial performance to meet targets
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and facility maintenance
