Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the spa including treatment rooms, reception, and retail areas
- Recruit, train, and lead spa therapists and support staff to deliver outstanding service
- Develop and implement spa service menus, promotions, and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the spa
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of spa products and supplies
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with marketing for spa promotions and guest engagement activities
- Manage budgets, control costs, and analyse financial performance to meet targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and facility maintenance
