Job Title: Electrical Construction Engineer / Project Manager

Location: AWE Site – Project Mensa

Contract: 3 Months Initial (Likely Extension)

Rate: £500‑£600/day Umbrella PAYE (DOE)

Start: ASAP

Working Pattern: Full‑time site based, Monday-Friday (optional weekend work available)

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Engineer / Project Manager to support Project Mensa at AWE, currently in a heavy commissioning phase. The role requires strong experience with LV / HV electrical systems, site delivery, and commissioning within regulated or high‑security environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical construction / project engineering / project management
• Strong LV / HV installation and commissioning background
• Experience on industrial, nuclear, defence, or similar regulated projects
• CSCS card – essential
• HNC / HND / Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar (preferred)
• SMSTS / SSSTS / IOSH / NEBOSH desirable
• Previous AWE experience / clearance highly desirable
