Compensation Consultant – 12 month FTC

Overview

We are working with a prestigious financial services client based in the City who is looking for a Compensation Manager. This is a 4-6 month interim assignment with an immediate start, requiring a commitment of 4 days per week in their central London office.

Key responsibilities

• Implementing processes to enhance efficiency within the team and supporting the compensation and benefits strategy
• Overseeing the annual compensation review and budgeting process
• Leading reward projects, including research, analysis, and developing recommendations
• Driving forward operational and strategic reward initiatives in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders
• Ensuring benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals
