Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Norwich Area, United Kingdom. As an Experienced Signmaker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing a wide range of signage solutions. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting client briefs, handling various materials, working with signmaking equipment, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. You will also conduct site surveys, manage installations, and maintain organized workflow to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sign fabrication techniques, including vinyl cutting, printing, and application.
- Experience with assembly and installation of signs for various applications, including outdoor and indoor displays.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and familiarity with using hand and power tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into completed projects.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to liaise with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges during production or installation.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local and national installation sites.
- Experience in the sign or graphics industry, with evidence of past projects, is highly desirable.
