You’ll Be Responsible For
- Championing the development and collaboration of organisational, team and individual capability, with a strong emphasis on learning and development, within major project and programme teams.
- Designing, supporting and delivering learning and development initiatives as part of the operational excellence service offer, tailoring approaches to suit the scale and complexity of each project or programme.
- Building proactive relationships with project and programme senior leadership teams to identify capability gaps, learning needs and opportunities for enhanced effectiveness, supporting them in setting and steering the organisational learning agenda.
- Assessing current levels of knowledge, skills and organisational effectiveness, working with senior leaders to recommend and implement continuous improvement and capability development plans.
- Analyzing the current state of projects and programmes in relation to strategy, culture and processes, introducing sustainable learning solutions and capability frameworks to drive long‑term improvement.
- Ensuring all learning and development programmes are closely aligned with relevant contractual and legal requirements, as well as project mission, vision and values.
- Developing, delivering and adapting tailored learning and capability initiatives that foster individual, team and organisational growth.
- Evaluating and reporting on the impact and value added through learning interventions and capability development programmes.
- Supporting the bidding process by contributing learning and development expertise as required.
You’ll Need To Have
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) with strong expertise in learning design, facilitation and evaluation.
- Proven project management capability within complex environments and experience delivering workshops to diverse audiences.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to analyse culture, drive continuous improvement and build organisational capability through effective learning initiatives.
