Manpower is currently recruiting 2 experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers (double handler preferred) to join a well-established client in Castleford. If you’re looking for consistent hours, long-term stability, and the chance to secure a permanent role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Loading & Unloading (60%) – Safely handling palletised goods in a fast-paced environment
• FLT Operation – Moving stock efficiently across the yard and warehouse
• Yard & Shunting Duties – Supporting vehicle movements and keeping the yard organised
• General Warehouse Tasks – Assisting with daily site operations and manual handling

Shift Pattern

• 4 on / 4 off rotation
• Night shifts: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Weekly Pay: £676.76 (before tax)
• Overtime Rates:
  • £15.57 (weekday overtime)
  • £17.01 (Saturday)
  • £20.76 (Sunday)
